Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 31, 2026

Canceling a membership

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable after access is provided, except where required by law. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and verified technical billing errors.

Requesting help

Email support@tradelinklocal.com with the account email, charge date, and a short explanation. Never send your full card number, password, or authentication code by email.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.
